Ginger and Hemp ‘Heal Yourself’ Power Smoothie

This is a healing, anti-inflammatory, and antioxidant-rich smoothie with fresh ginger, hemp seeds, maca root powder, and blueberries.
Ingredients
- One ripe banana
- ½ cup (handful) frozen blueberries
- One heaped teaspoon of grated ginger
- Two heaped tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
- One heaped teaspoon of maca powder
- One heaped teaspoon of tahini
- ¾ cup water (or plant-based milk)
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender or a jug (for use with a hand blender).
- Blend until creamy smooth, and enjoy immediately.
